Every QALAM machine ships assembled and calibrated — test-printed before it leaves us and packed to travel safely.
Local warranty & parts
Your machine is covered by a local warranty, serviced here in Pakistan. Genuine spare parts are stocked locally — never wait on an import.
How delivery works

Place your order
Check out on the site or message us on WhatsApp with what you want.

We confirm
Stock, delivery time and the full total to your city — then you pay by bank transfer (or cash on delivery for parts & filaments).

We dispatch
We pack and ship, share the tracking details, and stay with you until it arrives and prints.
If something isn't right
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, message us on WhatsApp right away with your order ID and a couple of photos — we'll sort out a repair, replacement or the right fix. The people who build and test the machines are the same people who answer, so you're never bounced around.
