  • 64 litres of enclosed build space

A 400 × 400 × 400 mm cube — print helmets, enclosures, cosplay armour, jigs and production batches in one piece. No splitting, no gluing.

  • 500 mm/s. All day.

Rigid CoreXY motion at 500 mm/s and 11,000 mm/s² acceleration, with input shaping and pressure advance tuned per machine — speed that never costs you corners.

  • 350 °C. Every material.

All-metal high-performance hotend sustains 350 °C — PLA to polycarbonate, nylon, and carbon-fiber composites. Your material, your rules.

  • Touchscreen + free remote monitoring

Full-HD touchscreen running 3DISM's own Klipper fork, plus 3DISM Remote — watch and control prints from any browser, free for life, zero setup.

  • Built and supported in Pakistan

Designed, assembled and serviced by 3DISM. Local spare parts, local warranty, and support on WhatsApp in your language — no import gamble.

QALAM Pro 400 — 64 litres of enclosed build space

Build volume

64 litres of enclosed build space

About the QALAM Pro 400

The QALAM Pro 400 takes the Pro 300 platform and scales it up for large-format work: bigger single-piece prints, higher batch counts, and more room for production — 64 litres of build volume, well over double the Pro 300.

Big does not mean slow. It shares identical motion and thermal specifications with the Pro 300 — the same 500 mm/s CoreXY system at 11,000 mm/s², the same 350 °C all-metal hotend and 125 °C bed, the same fully enclosed chamber, the same touchscreen and free remote monitoring. Moving between the two machines feels identical, just bigger.

For workshops, service bureaus and product developers in Pakistan who keep running out of bed space, this is the machine that ends the compromise.

Inside the QALAM

Engineered without compromise

QALAM DXC dual-drive extruder and toolhead on the CoreXY gantry

Extrusion

DXC dual-drive extruder

A top-of-the-line direct-drive extruder with dual hardened drive gears and a low-friction DXC coating — grippy, precise filament control from flexible TPU to abrasive carbon-fibre composites, with none of the slipping or grinding cheaper extruders suffer at speed.

Close-up of the QALAM 350 °C all-metal hotend

Hotend

350 °C all-metal hotend

An all-metal hotend that sustains 350 °C — hot enough for PLA and PETG right through to polycarbonate, nylon and carbon-fibre-filled engineering materials. Your material, your rules.

QALAM CoreXY gantry moving at high speed

Speed

500 mm/s CoreXY motion

A rigid CoreXY motion system runs at 500 mm/s with 11,000 mm/s² acceleration, tuned per machine with input shaping and pressure advance so corners stay sharp at full pace. Prints that take a bedslinger all weekend come off a QALAM overnight.

QALAM fully enclosed print chamber

Enclosure

Fully enclosed chamber

A fully enclosed, actively managed chamber holds heat steady so high-temperature materials like ABS and ASA print without warping, cracking or delaminating — and keeps fumes and noise in.

QALAM heated PEI spring-steel build plate

Bed

125 °C heated bed

A high-temperature heated bed reaches 125 °C for rock-solid adhesion of warp-prone materials like ABS and ASA, on a spring-steel PEI flex plate that pops finished prints off with a single flex.

QALAM automatic bed leveling probe over the build plate

Calibration

Automatic bed leveling

Fully automatic bed leveling maps the surface and compensates before every print, so a perfect first layer isn't a ritual — it just happens. No paper, no knobs, no guesswork.
