Orders

Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp (+92 313 6806169) or email. An order is confirmed once we have agreed the price, delivery time and payment method with you, and payment (or a COD arrangement) is in place. Prices shown on this website are in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

Delivery

We ship across Pakistan through third-party couriers. Delivery estimates are given at the time of ordering. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; please inspect packages on arrival and report damage within 48 hours with photos.

Warranty

QALAM series machines carry a local warranty against manufacturing defects, serviced by 3DISM in Pakistan; the warranty period and coverage are stated with your order confirmation. Consumables (nozzles, build surfaces, filament) and damage from misuse, modification or power surges are not covered. Products from other brands carry the support terms agreed at the time of sale.

Returns

If a product arrives defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we will repair, replace or refund it. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only by prior agreement and must be unused and in original packaging.
