Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Add what you want to your cart and check out — it opens WhatsApp with your order written out, including an order ID. Send us that message and we take it from there. You can also just message us directly on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer is always available — we share account details on WhatsApp after confirming your order. Cash on delivery is available for spare parts and filaments. Machines (3D printers) are bank transfer only. We do not take card payments online.
Do I have to pay before you confirm the order?
No. You place the order, we confirm stock, delivery time and the total to your city, and only then do you pay. Nothing is charged automatically.
Is my information safe?
Your order details go to us over WhatsApp and into our own order system — we never ask for card numbers, passwords or PINs, and there is no online payment form to fill in.
Delivery
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery time and any shipping cost are confirmed for your specific city on WhatsApp when you order.
How is a machine delivered?
QALAM machines ship assembled and calibrated, packed to travel safely. We confirm the courier and timing with you before dispatch.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp right away with photos and your order ID and we will make it right.
The QALAM Machines
What's the difference between the Pro 300 and Pro 400?
Same platform, same speed, same interface — the difference is build size. The QALAM Pro 300 has a 300 × 300 × 300 mm enclosed build volume (₨ 275,000); the QALAM Pro 400 scales that up to 400 × 400 × 400 mm — 64 litres — for large parts and production batches (₨ 375,000).
What materials can it print?
With a 350 °C all-metal hotend and a 125 °C enclosed chamber, the QALAM handles everything from PLA and PETG to ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, nylon and carbon-fiber composites.
How fast is it, really?
The rigid CoreXY motion system runs at 500 mm/s with 11,000 mm/s² acceleration, with input shaping and pressure advance tuned on every unit so corners stay sharp at speed.
Do I need a computer to use it?
No. Everything runs from the full-HD touchscreen on the machine. You can also monitor and control prints for free from any browser with 3DISM Remote — no VPN or setup.
Support & Warranty
Is there a warranty?
Yes — every QALAM machine comes with a local warranty, serviced here in Pakistan. You never ship a machine abroad for service. Message us for the current warranty terms on your machine.
Are spare parts available locally?
Yes. Genuine spare parts and upgrades are stocked here — no waiting on an import when you need a nozzle or a plate.
How do I get help if something goes wrong?
