3D Printer Terms of Use

These terms apply to every 3D printer bought from 3DISM: the QALAM Pro series and every other brand. By ordering a 3D printer from us, the buyer accepts them. They apply to sales from 27 October 2026, and buyers who bought a printer from us before that date are asked to confirm them too.

1. Ordering

3D printers are ordered on WhatsApp (+92 313 6806169) only and cannot be bought through the website cart. The price, delivery and payment are confirmed with the buyer on WhatsApp.

2. Who can buy

Adults (18 or older) with a valid CNIC. A company buys through an authorised signatory, with a letter on company letterhead and the company's NTN.

3. Buyer's agreement before delivery

Before a printer is dispatched or handed over, the buyer signs our buyer's agreement online. We send a private link on WhatsApp that opens a page on sign.3dism.org, where the buyer types their details, adds clear photos of their CNIC (front and back), reads the agreement and signs on their phone. The link is for the buyer only and works for 7 days.

No printer leaves us until the signed agreement and the CNIC photos are received and checked. The printer is handed over only to the buyer, or to a person named in a signed authority letter, on sight of the original CNIC.

4. Lawful use only

The printer, and everything made with it, may be used only for lawful purposes. The buyer must never use it, or let anyone else use it, to make:

  • firearms, or any part, component or accessory of a firearm;
  • ammunition, magazines or silencers;
  • explosives or parts for them, or any other weapon;
  • identity cards, SIM cards or parts for them;
  • anything else that is prohibited or controlled under the laws of Pakistan, or counterfeit goods.

5. No modification

The printer must not be modified or upgraded to print metal, or for any use listed in section 4.

6. Laws

The buyer is responsible for following every law of Pakistan that applies to owning and using a 3D printer.

7. The buyer's responsibility

From delivery, the buyer alone is responsible for how the printer is used and for everything made with it, including by anyone they let use it. 3DISM is not responsible or liable for any misuse of the printer, or for any loss, damage, injury or legal consequence that comes from its use. The buyer will make good any loss, claim or legal cost that 3DISM suffers because these terms were broken.

8. Resale or transfer

The buyer tells us on WhatsApp before selling, giving or otherwise transferring the printer to anyone. The new owner must accept these terms and sign the same agreement. Until we are told, the original buyer remains responsible for the printer in our records.

9. Right to refuse

We may refuse or cancel any sale before delivery without giving a reason. Any advance paid for that sale is refunded in full.

10. Records

We keep the buyer's CNIC photos, CNIC number, the details they typed and the signed agreement in 3DISM's private, encrypted business records, which only the proprietor can open, and never on this website. We produce them only on a lawful request from the Ministry of Interior, a law enforcement agency or a court, and keep them for 10 years from the date of sale, as our privacy policy explains.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force on the day of a sale applies to that sale.
