CNC Solutions
What does 3DISM do?
3DISM is a CNC solution provider in Pakistan: CNC routers, CO2 laser cutting and engraving machines, signage and a 3D printing service, plus filaments, spare parts and consumables delivered nationwide.
Do you sell CNC routers and CO2 lasers?
Yes. Tell us the material, sizes and what you make on WhatsApp, and we will suggest the machine and confirm the price and delivery time before you pay.
Ordering & Payment
How do I place an order?
Filaments, spare parts and consumables: add them to your cart and check out, and we confirm the order with you. 3D printers and CNC enquiries are ordered on WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer is always available — we share account details on WhatsApp after confirming your order. Cash on delivery is available for spare parts and filaments. Machines (3D printers) are bank transfer only. We do not take card payments online.
Do I have to pay before you confirm the order?
No. You place the order, we confirm stock, delivery time and the total to your city, and only then do you pay. Nothing is charged automatically.
Is my information safe?
Your order details go to us over WhatsApp and into our own order system — we never ask for card numbers, passwords or PINs, and there is no online payment form to fill in.
Delivery
Do you deliver to my city?
Yes — we deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery time and any shipping cost are confirmed for your specific city on WhatsApp when you order.
How is a 3D printer delivered?
Packed to travel safely and handed over only to the buyer. We confirm the courier, timing and cost with you on WhatsApp before dispatch.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Message us on WhatsApp right away with photos and your order ID and we will make it right.
QALAM Pro Machines
How do I order a 3D printer?
On WhatsApp only: 3D printers show their price on the site but can't be added to the cart. Message us with the model you want and we confirm stock, delivery and the total before you pay.
What's the difference between the Pro 300 and Pro 400?
Same platform, same speed, same interface — the difference is build size. The QALAM Pro 300 has a 300 × 300 × 300 mm enclosed build volume (₨ 275,000); the QALAM Pro 400 scales that up to 400 × 400 × 400 mm — 64 litres — for large parts and production batches (₨ 375,000).
What materials can it print?
With a 350 °C all-metal hotend and a 125 °C enclosed chamber, the QALAM handles everything from PLA and PETG to ABS, ASA, polycarbonate, nylon and carbon-fiber composites.
How fast is it, really?
The rigid CoreXY motion system runs at 500 mm/s with 11,000 mm/s² acceleration, with input shaping and pressure advance so corners stay sharp at speed.
Do I need a computer to use it?
No. Prints start from the full-HD touchscreen on the machine.
Warranty, Returns & Parts
Is there a warranty?
Yes. QALAM Pro machines come with a 6-month warranty from delivery. Other machines carry the warranty written on their invoice, and machines bought before 27 October 2026 keep the warranty stated on theirs. For a fault, message us on WhatsApp.
Can I return a QALAM machine?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery, even if you have printed with it. We inspect it first. If it has been used, the price of the wear parts that cannot be sold again (PEI plate, nozzle, hotend, extruder and the two toolhead fans) is deducted, and the rest is refunded by bank transfer. A faulty machine is repaired, replaced or refunded with no deductions. The full rules are on our Returns & Exchanges page (3dism.org/returns).
Are spare parts available locally?
Yes. Spare parts are in the shop and on the accessories page, delivered nationwide.
