Orders

Orders are placed by contacting us on WhatsApp (+92 313 6806169) or email. An order is confirmed once we have agreed the price, delivery time and payment method with you, and payment (or a COD arrangement) is in place. Prices shown on this website are in Pakistani Rupees and may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

3D printers

Every 3D printer we sell (QALAM Pro and every other brand) is ordered on WhatsApp and sold only under our 3D printer terms of use, which the buyer accepts before delivery.

Delivery

We ship across Pakistan through third-party couriers. Delivery estimates are given at the time of ordering. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; please inspect packages on arrival and report damage within 48 hours with photos.

Warranty

QALAM Pro machines come with a 6-month warranty from delivery. Other machines carry the warranty written on their invoice, and machines bought before 27 October 2026 keep the warranty stated on their invoice or order confirmation. For a fault, message us on WhatsApp (+92 313 6806169). Consumables (nozzles, build surfaces, filament) and damage from misuse, modification or power surges are never covered.

Returns

QALAM machines follow our QALAM return, refund & exchange policy: they can be returned within 7 days of delivery, even after use, with an inspection and a deduction for used wear parts.

Other products: if a product arrives defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days and we will repair, replace or refund it. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only by prior agreement and must be unused and in original packaging.

QALAM and “The Pen of Precision” are trademarks of 3DISM. Content on this site may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party brand names belong to their respective owners.
