Privacy Policy

3DISM ("we", "us") operates https://3dism.org. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

You don't need an account to use this site, and we never take card or online payments. The shopping cart is stored only in your own browser (local storage) — we don't see it until you choose to order.

When you check out, the form asks for your name, phone number, city, delivery address and (optionally) email so we can prepare your order. Placing the order opens WhatsApp with those details for you to send us; the same details are also recorded in 3DISM's private order sheet so we can fulfil and track your order. You can also just message us directly on WhatsApp, email or social media, in which case we receive whatever you send.

3D printer buyers: CNIC and signed agreement

Before we deliver a 3D printer, the buyer signs our buyer's agreement online, through a private link we send on WhatsApp that opens a page on sign.3dism.org, and adds photos of their CNIC (front and back), as our 3D printer terms of use explain. We keep the CNIC photos, the CNIC number, the details the buyer typed and the signed agreement in 3DISM's private, encrypted business records, which only the proprietor can open, and never on this website. We use them only to record who owns each machine and to answer lawful requests from law enforcement agencies or courts. We keep them for 10 years from the date of sale, or longer if the law requires, so they cannot be deleted on request during that time.

How we use it

We use your information only to process and deliver your order, honour any warranty on your invoice, and respond to your questions. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties, except couriers who need your name, phone number and address to deliver your order.

Analytics

We may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are visited. No personal profiles are built and no data is sold.

Your choices

You can ask us to delete your order history and contact details at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp (+92 313 6806169) or emailing 3dismsoft@gmail.com. CNIC photos and signed agreements for 3D printer purchases are kept for the period above.
